Agoo for Good
A welcome at every door, whatever the budget.
Agoo is built by Nkonso Technologies Ltd, and its good work runs through the Ardent Africa Foundation. Schools, clinics and charities keep our communities going, so they get Agoo for less, or for nothing.

Two ways we help
Pay less, or pay nothing.
NGOs and charities

For registered NGOs and charities on annual Starter, Growth or Pro: the full plan, with 40% off every year your registration is current. Apply with your certificate in Billing.
Your forms too: a verified NGO gets Agoo Forms Plus free, on any plan, and 40% off Forms Team on yearly billing.

For public schools, clinics and community groups that couldn't otherwise pay. A plan made for them, with exactly what's listed below. Applications are open all year: when the year's grants have all been given, a verified place waits on the waiting list for a sponsor or the next grant.

How it works
Apply in minutes, from the Console.
- Step 1
Start on Free
Set up your organisation on the Free plan. It costs nothing and it's yours to keep.
- Step 2
Apply from Billing
In the Console, open Billing → Offers, choose the NGO offer or a community grant, and add your certificate or letter.
- Step 3
We check it
Our team in Accra reads every application and emails the Owner with the answer, and the reason if it's no.
- Step 4
Verified each year
From 60 days before the year is up, send your latest certificate from Billing. We remind you 30 and 7 days before.
Sponsor a front door
Pay for a school's or a clinic's Agoo.
A company, a church, an old students' group or one person can pay for a school's, clinic's or community group's year on Agoo's Community plan. You don't need an Agoo account, and nothing is charged when you pledge.
The plan and everything in it belong to the place: a sponsor never sees its visitors, its staff or its records. 60 days before a term ends, we email you about renewing.
Sponsor a front door
The same Community plan, paid for by a sponsor.
What the place gets
- 2 sites
- 2 kiosks
- 1,000 visitors a month
- 60 staff on attendance
- Everything in Starter: invites with QR and Wallet passes, visit requests, roll call, calendars, Google and Microsoft sign-in, mobile clock-in
- Badge printing and the watchlist, from Growth
- 300 SMS and 20 AI credits a month
- 10,000 contacts and 2,500 video minutes a month
- Sales, People Plus and Payroll at 40% off, if you add them
- Agoo Forms Plus for your forms and surveys
- Booking pages, self check-in and guard mode
- Your logo on passes and the kiosk
It's the Community plan, exactly as it's published above.
- Step 1
Pledge
Tell us who you are, how many front doors you'd like to sponsor and how you'd like to choose them. Nothing is charged. We email you a link to confirm your address, then your reference and a private page for your pledge.
- Step 2
We verify and match
Our team in Accra checks each place's proof, as we do for a grant, and matches every front door in your pledge to a verified place.
- Step 3
Pay for places, never for promises
We ask for payment only once every front door has a verified place. You see the places and the amount first, then pay by card, mobile money or bank transfer.
- Step 4
The front door opens
Each place's Community plan starts and its Owner is told who paid. You get a receipt by email and, if you asked to be named, a certificate to share.
Two ways to choose, and your name only if you'd like.
Name the places you support
Tell us the schools, clinics or groups you have in mind, and someone we can reach there. We verify each one before you're asked to pay. Name fewer places than front doors and we match the rest.
Be matched from the waiting list
Ask us to match you with verified places already waiting for a sponsor. You can tell us the kind of place and the region you'd prefer.
Be named, or give quietly
Ask to be named and we list you on this page and give you a certificate. A place can also show “Front door sponsored by” and your name on its kiosk and visitor pages, if its Owner chooses to. Otherwise nothing is published.
Questions
Before you apply.
- Is the Community plan really free?
- Yes. There's nothing to pay and no card to add. Messages beyond the 300 SMS a month come from the wallet if you top it up, as on any plan.
- What counts as proof?
- A registration certificate (Registrar-General's Department, the Department of Social Welfare or a similar body), or a letter from the authority you answer to: a district assembly, the Ghana Education Service or the Ghana Health Service.
- Is there a limit on grants?
- Yes. To keep the programme going for everyone, we give a set number of new grants each year. Applications are open all year: when the year's grants have all been given, a verified place waits on the waiting list for a sponsor or the next grant. Grants that are running carry on when they're verified again.
- What if a sponsor pays for our plan?
- You get the same Community plan for the sponsor's term, and we tell your Owner who paid. Your plan and your data stay yours: a sponsor never gets access to your Agoo. If they asked to be named, your Owner chooses in Billing whether “Front door sponsored by” and their name shows on your kiosk and visitor pages.
- What happens if we don't send new proof?
- A grant moves to the Free plan on the date it was verified until, and an NGO's discount stops from its next invoice. Your data is kept either way, and you can apply again.
- Can we move to a paid plan later?
- Any time, from Billing. The paid plan starts the day you choose it, and the grant ends then. NGOs and charities can apply for 40% off.
