Feedback and reviews

Hear from every visitor. Earn reviews people trust.

Ask visitors how it went, once, on the channel they use, and see honest numbers with the low scores routed to someone who can fix them. Then meet your public on Agoo Reviews, the open review site where every review says how it was checked, and nobody can buy a better score.

Ask after every visit

One message, twenty seconds, after they leave.

After check-out or a booking, Agoo asks once in your organisation’s name: five labelled faces, what stood out, and a comment if they want. By WhatsApp, SMS or email in the order you choose, with one-tap ratings in the email itself. Nobody is asked twice for the same visit.

  • Choose the sites and visitor types, how long after, and one reminder at most
  • Deliveries and contractors are left out unless you add them
  • Questions from the form builder: faces, stars, 0 to 10, effort, tags and your own
  • A visitor can stop being asked, and stays stopped

Posters, counters and the kiosk

Feedback from people who never booked.

Print a feedback QR code for a site, a counter or a desk: “Teller 3”, “Pharmacy”, “Main gate”. Walk-ins scan it with their phone camera and answer the same short page, anonymously unless they leave a contact for a reply. The kiosk can ask right after check-out, or stand by the door all day as a feedback stand.

  • Poster answers are counted apart from invited ones, with their own response rate
  • Each code is a tracked QR code you can move without reprinting, and never counts against your tracked codes
  • Pages are light enough for a budget phone on a busy network
  • On the kiosk, one question a screen, kept offline until it reconnects; answering there replaces the follow-up message

Act on it

Low scores reach someone who can fix them.

Set what counts as low and who hears about it: the site’s admins, and the host if you allow it. They call, note what they did and close it, and the visitor can be told. Results show every number with how many answers it rests on, so a score from five people never looks like one from five hundred.

  • Follow-up statuses and notes from Starter; routing per site and a host view from Growth
  • Results in Feedback and in Reports, compared across sites and periods
  • AI themes and a monthly summary from Growth, with AI credits
  • Exports, webhooks from Growth and the full API from Pro

Agoo Reviews

Public reviews nobody can buy or bury.

Agoo Reviews, at agoo.reviews, is open to everyone. Anyone with an account confirmed by phone or email can review any business, and add one that’s missing. If your organisation serves the public, its page opens 14 days after your Owner and Admins are told, or at once if your Owner or an Admin chooses to open it now, with every branch listed and shown in Console → Feedback → Public reviews, and any business can claim its page free. Every review carries a label saying how it was checked; Verified visit, from a real check-in or booking, is the strongest. You can reply to any review and flag one that breaks the published rules, but no business can edit, hide or reorder reviews, or close its page to be rid of them.

  • No review gating: when you invite, you invite everyone, whatever they said privately
  • Reviewers show as a first name and initial, such as Kofi M., or a name they choose; their phone and email never reach you
  • Reviewers sign in with a code by text or email, no password, can keep their profile private, and can delete their account and its reviews at any time
  • Staff may be named by first name and role (on health pages, by role only), and anyone named can ask for it to come down
  • Clinics, schools and places of worship get extra care: a moderator confirms each before its page opens
  • Agoo moderates against published rules, with reasons and appeals for both sides; anyone can report a review, a reply, a photo, a question or answer, or a page, and legal notices have their own form
  • Checks for unusual activity hold doubtful reviews for a person and pause a page’s new reviews during a sudden flood; only a person warns or restricts a reviewer
  • A business that doesn’t use Agoo claims its free page with its website’s domain, its phone, a registration document or its Agoo Owner, and gets a business area with replies, facts, a team, a QR poster and a rating badge
  • Every page shows how its reviews came in, past consumer warnings and, for Ardent’s own businesses, that they belong to Ardent
  • Every branch has its own page and score; readers find one on a free map, near them or open now, and see a business’s best and worst branches
  • Choose site by site whether each of your sites is a branch; a back office, a secure site or a home stays off
  • Private feedback stays private: it never feeds your public score
More about Agoo Reviews

The same for everyone

Pay for tools, never for a better page.

Review tools come at three levels. Basic is free for every business, for ever: claim your page, reply, flag, send a legal notice, get alerts, print the QR poster, show a rating badge and send 50 email invitations a month. Reviews Plus (GH₵99 a month) and Reviews Business (GH₵399 a month) add invitations by the thousand, widgets for your website, insights, AI reply drafts and, on Business, WhatsApp and the reviews API. Agoo plans include a level: Free has Basic, Starter has Plus, Growth, Pro and Enterprise have Business.

  • Money never changes a score, the order of reviews, a place in search or how fast a flag is handled
  • Nothing on the public page is sold: no paid placements or featured spots, no paid badges, no pinned reviews
  • Replies, flags and legal notices are free for every business, paying or not
  • Your logo from your branding shows on your page whatever your plan; once claimed, keep your cover, description, hours and contacts up to date, add up to 30 photos and answer customers’ questions, free
  • Every branch is listed free; Advanced reviews gives 10 or 50 more branches your level’s tools, from GH₵99 a month
  • Branch managers on the branches your level covers, and on Reviews Business a branch league table for head office

Feedback to Agoo

And tell us how Agoo is doing.

Everyone who uses the Console can tell Agoo what works and what doesn’t, from the menu under their name, any time. It comes to Agoo’s team, never to your organisation. We reply only if you ask us to, and we never quote anyone without their yes to the exact words.

  • Five labelled faces, the part of Agoo, and a comment
  • See everything you’ve sent, and our replies, in one place
  • On every plan
