Busy times
Your booking page knows when you’re busy.
Connect your Google account, or Microsoft 365 or Outlook.com, and choose which calendars count. Agoo reads only when you’re busy, never what the meeting is, and takes those times off your booking pages, on top of your hours, notice, gaps, closed days and public holidays.

In your calendar
Every booking, in the calendar you already use.
Choose the one calendar where Agoo adds your bookings. Each confirmed booking appears there with its time, how you’re meeting and a link back to Agoo. When it moves or is cancelled in Agoo, its event moves or goes too. Agoo only ever changes the events it added.
- Your organisation decides how much events say: the guest’s name, the kind of booking and where; their company too; or only “Agoo booking”
- Guests get no extra invitation from Google or Microsoft: Agoo sends their confirmation, reminders and changes, as it always has
- Disconnect whenever you like, and Agoo removes the events it added if you ask it to
Meeting links
A fresh Meet, Teams or Zoom link for every video booking.
Each booking type chooses how its video meeting is made: a link you paste, or a new Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or Zoom meeting from the host’s own connected account. The guest gets the link in their confirmation, every reminder and their booking’s page; the host finds it in their calendar, the console and the Agoo Workspace app.

Everyone has a private link that shows the bookings they take, the visitors they’re expecting and their approved leave in Apple Calendar, Google Calendar or Outlook, added in one tap. It belongs to them alone: getting a new link stops the old one at once.
