One account for every Agoo product
One account for all of Agoo, and every key in your hands.
Your Agoo ID is the one sign-in behind Agoo at work, Agoo Reviews and Agoo Forms. Passkeys and two-step sign-in at work, every browser and phone signed in to your work account in plain view, a second check for a mobile number that may have changed hands, and a safe way back in if you lose a way in. Nothing is joined or handed over because two details look alike: it takes proof, every time.
Already use Agoo, Agoo Reviews or Agoo Forms? The account you sign in with is your Agoo ID. There’s nothing new to sign up for.
Illustrative: the Console’s sign-in, with fictional details.
One account
One knock opens every Agoo door.
Agoo at work, Agoo Reviews and Agoo Forms share one account for each person: one set of ways in to look after, and never two accounts joined because their addresses look alike. Joining them takes a code sent to each.
- app.agoo.ardent.africa

- Passkeys and security keys
- Password and two-step verification
- Google or Microsoft work accounts
- Your phone’s own unlock in the app
- agoo.reviews
Honest reviews of the places you use, written under your own account.
- A code by text or by email, no password
- A second check for a number that may have changed hands
- Recovery with another way in
- agooforms.com
Forms for people, teams and organisations, made and shared from the same account.
- The same account as the rest of Agoo at work and Agoo Reviews
- Every change to how you sign in, told to every way in you have
Why we built it
Built for how people really sign in.
On phones as much as laptops, with mobile numbers as well as email addresses, on devices that get shared, lost and passed on. The Agoo ID is made for that, and for the people who try to take advantage of it.
One person, one account
Plenty of people use more than one part of Agoo: a receptionist at work, a reviewer at the weekend, the person who makes the church’s forms. They shouldn’t need three accounts to look after. Agoo at work, Agoo Reviews and Agoo Forms share one account for each person, and one photo: set it once and it shows across Agoo, or give a product its own.
Proof, never a lookalike
Two accounts are never joined because their addresses look alike. Joining them takes a code sent to each, so a mistyped or recycled address can’t lead anyone into an account that isn’t theirs.
Numbers that change hands
Many people sign in with a mobile number, and networks pass numbers left unused to someone new. On Agoo Reviews, a number that has been quiet for a long time, or may have changed hands, needs a second check before it opens an account.
You always hear of it
On Agoo Reviews and Agoo Forms, an address or number added, changed or removed, two accounts joined, a recovery started or finished, a sign-out everywhere: every change to how you sign in is told to every way in you have, so you hear of it even if one of them is no longer in your hands.
Where you’re signed in
Every sign-in in plain sight, and yours to end.
In the Console and the Agoo Workspace app, your account lists each browser and phone signed in to it, roughly where, and when it was last used. A new device is announced by email, and on your phone if you have the Agoo Workspace app. Sign any of them out, and it stops within seconds.
- Sign out everywhere else ends every sign-in but the one you’re using
- Keep me signed in keeps a trusted browser for 30 days, or until it’s unused for a week; untick it on a shared computer
- The Agoo Workspace app opens with your phone’s own unlock, and asks for a full sign-in every 30 days
- Changing the email you sign in with is confirmed at both addresses
Mobile numbers
A number that’s changed hands opens nothing on its own.
On Agoo Reviews you sign in with a code by text or by email, with no password to remember or leak. Networks pass numbers left unused to someone new, so a number that has been quiet for a long time, or may have changed hands, needs a second check before it opens an account.
- A code by text or email, whichever you’d rather
- A second check for a number that’s been quiet a long time, or may have changed hands
- Two accounts are never joined because their addresses look alike: it takes a code sent to each
Getting back in
Back in when you’ve lost a way in. Nobody else gets in.
On Agoo Reviews, if you lose your phone or your email, you can recover your account with the other one after a 24-hour wait, and every way in you have is told and can stop it. At work, a lost authenticator is reset only after a colleague has checked it’s really you, or after our own identity check and a day’s wait.
- On Agoo Reviews and Agoo Forms, every change to how you sign in is told to every way in you have
- Signing in with the lost way in, or one tap on Stop it, ends a recovery that isn’t yours
- A new Owner for an organisation needs evidence and 72 hours’ notice that the Owner and Admins can stop
How it protects you
Layer on layer, each one doing its own job.
No single lock keeps an account safe. Each of these stops a different way in, and together they leave very little for anyone else to try.
Two steps, or a passkey
A password, checked against known breached passwords, and a six-digit code from an authenticator app. Or a passkey: your face, fingerprint, screen lock or a security key, which counts as both steps and which no fake page can steal. Required for Owners and Admins, open to everyone.
Every sign-in in view
In the Console and the Agoo Workspace app, each browser and phone signed in to your account, roughly where, and when it was last used. Sign any of them out, and it stops within seconds.
Told about new devices
When a new device signs in to your work account, you hear by email, and on your phone if you have the Agoo Workspace app.
Sessions that end on time
A trusted browser stays signed in for 30 days, or until it’s unused for a week. Untick Keep me signed in on a shared computer, and it ends when the browser closes.
Your phone’s own lock
The Agoo Workspace app opens with your phone’s own unlock every time, Face ID, fingerprint or the passcode, and asks for a full sign-in every 30 days.
Both addresses agree
Changing the email you sign in with is confirmed at the old address and the new one, so nobody can move your account away quietly.
Recovery that can’t be talked into
Lost the phone with your authenticator? A backup code gets you in, so a lost phone doesn’t lock you out. Without one, a reset needs your inbox and a colleague who has checked it’s really you, or Agoo’s own identity check and a 24-hour wait. Urgency is never proof.
Sign out everywhere
Sign out everywhere else ends every other sign-in to Agoo at work. From Agoo Reviews’ settings, sign out everywhere, product by product.
Why it’s different
Where sign-in often goes wrong, and what we do instead.
Most stolen accounts aren’t broken into by force. They’re taken through the gaps around signing in: a lookalike address, a recycled number, a persuaded help desk, a change nobody noticed. These are the gaps we built the Agoo ID to close.
| Where it often goes wrong | With an Agoo ID | |
|---|---|---|
| Two accounts with lookalike addresses | Linked because the addresses match | Never joined without a code sent to each |
| A mobile number that’s changed hands | Opens the account of whoever had it before | A second check before it opens an account, on Agoo Reviews |
| A lost phone and an urgent call | Reset by whoever sounds most convincing | A colleague’s check, or our identity check and a 24-hour wait |
| A change to how you sign in | Noticed weeks later, if at all | Told to every way in you have, on Agoo Reviews and Agoo Forms |
| A browser left signed in | Signed in until someone remembers | In your list at work, and signed out within seconds |
| Help from the provider’s staff | Asks for your password | Never uses it: read-only, for a set time, and every Owner is told |
| A sign-in provider goes down | Everyone is locked out | Your Owner keeps a password and an authenticator |
For organisations
Control for Owners and Admins, and a way in that’s always kept.
Choose how your people sign in, see and end their sign-ins, and know that Agoo’s own staff never use anyone’s password. The essentials are on every plan, Free included.
Google and Microsoft work accounts
Your people choose Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft, on every plan, Free included, at no extra price. Choose which providers, accounts, Google Workspace domains and Microsoft organisations count, and require it if you like. Start your organisation with one, too. Two-step verification still applies.
Two-step for the people who run things
Owners and Admins always use two-step verification: an authenticator app as well as their password, or a passkey.
The Owner always has a way in
Your Owner always keeps a password and an authenticator, so an outage at Google or Microsoft, or a wrong setting, never locks your organisation out. Agoo’s own staff sign in to its administration with security keys.
Sign a member out everywhere
For a lost phone, a shared password or someone leaving, Owners and Admins sign a member out everywhere, and can make sign-ins shorter for everyone, on every plan.
Support that never uses your password
When we help, we see your organisation read-only, for a set time, and every Owner is told at once and can end it. Changes need an Owner’s approval. Emergency access tells every Owner and Admin, and a written report follows within 72 hours.
A new Owner, never in a hurry
When your Owner has gone, a new one needs evidence and 72 hours’ notice that your Owner and Admins can stop.
Kiosks with their own identity
Nobody signs in on a kiosk. Each one has its own identity, kept in the device’s secure hardware, and every request it makes is signed.
Every step on the record
An append-only, hash-chained audit trail of what everyone does, kept for up to seven years on the plans that keep it longest.
| Free | Starter | Growth | Pro | Enterprise | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Single sign-on | Google, Microsoft | Google, Microsoft | Google, Microsoft | + SAML, SCIM | + Your own identity provider |
| Audit trail kept | 7 days | 90 days | 1 year | 3 years | Up to 7 years |
