Roll call

Account for everyone when the alarm goes.

Whoever sees it first raises the alarm, from the console or with one deliberate hold on their phone. Staff with the Agoo Workspace app get it as an emergency notification that breaks through Focus on iPhone and Do Not Disturb on Android, and tap “I’m safe” right on it; everyone else on site gets a message with a link to say they’re safe. Visitors, contractors and clocked-in staff are in one live list that wardens mark on their phones, with a call button for anyone still missing.

Screening

Stop the wrong person at the door, quietly.

Names and ID numbers are checked against your watchlist at check-in. A match alerts security discreetly and holds the check-in, without embarrassing anyone at the desk.

Vehicles

Guards log each vehicle in and out on the gate device: the camera reads the plate, even with no network, and Agoo says at once whether it’s a staff car, a resident’s, a visitor expected today or one you’ve barred. Who it’s for and why are a tap each, a photo when you ask for one, and the console shows what’s inside right now.
