Contractors inducted before they reach the gate

Contractor companies upload documents, workers complete induction and PPE checks before arrival, and material gate passes track what goes in and out.

Sound familiar?

What we hear at the front desk.

  • Contractors on site with expired permits

  • Tools and equipment leaving without a record

  • Evacuation lists that miss half the contractors

Set up for the way you work.

  • Induction before arrival

Safety video and quiz on the worker's phone, PPE acknowledged at the gate.

  • One pass for the whole job

Contractor passes that cover every day of the job, from 7:00 to 17:00, let the crew back in each morning and work at the gate even when the network is down.

  • Waivers and site rules, signed

Workers sign your waiver and site rules on their phone before they arrive, with a PDF copy for their records and paper signatures recorded at the gate, on Pro and Enterprise.

  • Document expiry alerts

Insurance, medicals and permits tracked per worker and company.

  • Material gate passes

Items in, items out, returnables tracked and signed for.

  • Muster by zone

Everyone on site by zone, with marshals ticking off names offline.

  • Your own crews’ time

Permanent, temporary and casual workers clock in at the gate and ask for leave in the app; each supervisor approves their crew’s leave with a swipe and sees who is away on the team calendar, annual leave is counted in working days by the Labour Act, and HR gets the hours ready for payroll.

  • Crew rosters

Rotating crews and day and night weeks planned on a roster for each site, filled weeks ahead from a pattern or imported from the spreadsheet you use now, and published to every worker’s phone with the change they need to know. Print the week for the notice board, and let workers cover a gap by claiming an open shift.

  • Overtime the supervisor signs off

Time past a shift waits for the supervisor to approve all of it, part of it or none, with a reason the worker sees. Weekly overtime, rest-day and public-holiday work are counted apart, so payroll pays each at your rates. Each period the supervisor approves their crew’s timesheets, then HR, and approved timesheets are locked before the payroll date. On Pro, HR sends payroll one file by your own pay codes, with casual and temporary workers’ public-holiday work under a code of its own, as the Labour Act asks.

  • Crew records and next of kin

Each worker’s record holds their emergency contacts and next of kin for the day something goes wrong on site, their Ghana Card and SSNIT numbers kept encrypted, and the bank or MoMo account they’re paid into. A move between crews, sites or grades is kept with its date, proposed by the supervisor and approved by HR.
